Role Description The Senior Pharmacy Supervisor at Dairy Dictionary is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees pharmacy-related operations, ensuring accurate prescription handling, safe medication practices, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Senior Pharmacy Supervisor will manage day-to-day pharmacy workflows, supervise pharmacy staff, and provide guidance on best practices in pharmacy and immunization services. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, monitoring inventory, coordinating with healthcare partners, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. The role also involves developing and updating internal guidelines related to pharmacy practice, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, with the ability to guide safe and compliant medication use.
- Proven experience in accurate Prescription review, dispensing, and oversight of related documentation.
- Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, including clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
- Knowledge and experience in Immunization services, including protocols, safety, and record-keeping.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution; valid pharmacy licensure as required by local regulations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
