Senior Performance/Scale Test Engineer

Skilled in performance and scale testing of cloud-based network solutions with hands-on experience in test design, setup, execution, and reporting in CI/CD and DevOps environments.

You have:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology specialising in Computer science/Electronics and Communication/Information Technology with 8-15 years of experience in test design, test bed preparation/setup, test execution and reporting
• Experience in different kinds of software testing (functional, regression and/or non-functional testing)
• Experience in Performance/Scale testing
• Good L2/L3 knowledge with hands on experience with SNMP/Netconf protocols
• Experience in IDEs, automation frameworks, defect tracking tools, and version control systems

If would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of OSGi, Microservices, Kubernetes, SDN/NFV. testing Cloud based solutions, CI/CD and Devops environment.
• Fixed broadband (DSL/PON) products is preferable
• Good knowledge of Unix, understanding of Java and J2EE concepts
• Design and implement robust manual and automated test cases tailored to complex network management features.
• Analyze feature requirements to create precise test plans addressing functional, regression, and non-functional scenarios.
• Perform performance and scalability testing to ensure the product meets demanding real-world conditions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to validate feature completeness and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Test integration points between multiple products, ensuring seamless interoperability in end-to-end network solutions.
• Adapt test strategies based on customer feedback and field deployments to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Gain deeper understanding of SDN/NFV, fixed broadband technologies (DSL/PON), and telecom-grade reliability standards.
