We're seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated Performance Marketing experience, where Google Ads and Paid Search have been the primary area of expertise throughout the candidate's career.

This is not a role for general digital marketers.

We are specifically looking for professionals with strong experience in:

• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube & Demand Gen)
• Paid Search (SEM/PPC)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with strategic campaign ownership
• Full-funnel acquisition strategy
• Budget planning, scaling and optimization
• Conversion tracking, attribution and analytics
• Lead generation and E-commerce performance marketing
• Managing B2B, B2C and E-commerce portfolios across US & UK markets

Before applying, please ensure your experience aligns with the below expectations.

• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Performance Marketing experience
• Strong and in-depth expertise in Google Ads / Paid Search / SEM / PPC
• Equally strong working experience with Meta Ads
• Proven experience handling performance campaigns for US & UK clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing exposure
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Ability to independently own strategy, execution, optimization and business outcomes

Additional preference will be given to candidates who have actively implemented, optimized, and scaled campaigns using Google's latest AI-powered campaign solutions, including AI Max and advanced Performance Max strategies, with a strong understanding of automation-led bidding and audience expansion.

• Your primary background is in SEO, Organic Marketing, Content Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Brand Marketing or Social Media Marketing
• You are transitioning into Performance Marketing from another specialization
• Your expertise is limited to Paid Social (Meta Ads only) without strong Google Ads and Paid Search experience
• Google Ads has been a secondary responsibility rather than your core function
• You have less than 5 years of dedicated Performance Marketing experience
• You do not have exposure to US/UK client portfolios
