Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who can own performance, ROI, and growth across international markets. This role requires strong leadership, execution oversight, and complete accountability for results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy with a strong ROI & performance focus
• Own and scale performance marketing across Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram
• Drive Shopify D2C growth (acquisition, conversion, funnel optimization)
• Oversee social media strategy (paid & organic) aligned with performance goals
• Lead SEO, Email Marketing & Marketing Automation at a strategic level
• Manage PR, brand visibility & online reputation
• Review and guide creative outputs (graphics & video)
• Track and optimize KPIs, ROAS, CAC, LTV, dashboards
• Work closely with leadership and own marketing outcomes end-to-end

Requirements

• 9+ years of digital marketing experience with leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing & ROI optimization
• Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & analytics
• Experience with Shopify D2C ecosystems
• Exposure to international markets
• Background in D2C / Nutraceutical / Digital-first brands is a plus
