Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented
Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our business verticals. The role requires hands-on expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, budget management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of scaling paid acquisition channels while maintaining efficiency and ROI.
This is a Bhopal-based role requiring close collaboration with marketing, sales, creative, product, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive lead generation, student acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple business units.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Continuously improve key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers and campaign executives.
- Set performance goals, review campaign outcomes, and drive accountability.
- Build processes and frameworks for campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, CRM, and marketing dashboards.
- Generate actionable insights through data-driven decision-making.
- Present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and funnel stages.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage substantial monthly marketing budgets across channels.
- Ensure efficient allocation of spends to maximize returns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, platform partners, and technology vendors when required.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns across Google and Meta ecosystems.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, GTM, GA4, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in EdTech, Consumer Internet, D2C, or Lead Generation businesses will be preferred.
