• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

• Manage search, display, video, shopping, and retargeting ads to maximize ROAS.

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align marketing goals.

• Manage large-scale budgets and ensure efficient spending.

• Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithm changes.

🎠Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

• Strong analytical skills and ROI-focused mindset

• Experience with app install campaigns and product feed management is a plus

• Excellent communication and project management skills
