About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently handle multiple Google Ads accounts and end-to-end campaign management, with strong expertise in marketing analytics, SEO integration, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

This role is ideal for someone who can combine performance marketing execution with strategic thinking, especially for hospitals, healthcare brands, and HCP-focused campaigns, while also managing GMB profile creation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Independently handle and manage multiple Google Ads accounts across healthcare and non-healthcare clients.

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Discovery.

Own end-to-end campaign handling, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, budgeting, and performance optimization.

Create, manage, and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles, including listings, categories, posts, reviews, and local SEO alignment.

Drive local and multi-location marketing strategies for hospitals and clinics.

Conduct search intent, audience, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Integrate SEO insights, AEO, and GEO strategies into paid search and content planning.

Track and analyze performance using Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.

Build performance dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and web teams to improve landing page performance and CRO.

Stay updated on AI-driven advertising, conversational search, automation, GEO, and AEO trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads with strong account handling and campaign management expertise.

Proven experience in GMB profile creation, optimization, and local SEO.

Strong command of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.

Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, AEO, and GEO.

Experience presenting insights and performance updates to stakeholders or clients.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into ROI-driven strategies.

Good to Have (Plus Points)

Prior experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare brands.

Exposure to HCP (Healthcare Professional)focused marketing campaigns.

Experience with YouTube Ads and video performance marketing.

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and ChatGPT-based optimization (GEO).

Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or healthcare marketing.
