About the Role
We are an EdTech company focused on generating high-quality student leads and selling courses online through performance-driven digital marketing. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing professional who can own end-to-end lead generation and course sales, scale paid campaigns, and deliver measurable business results.
This role is hands-on, data-driven, and outcome-focused. You will be directly responsible for lead volume, cost per lead, enrollments, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms
- Drive high-intent leads for EdTech programs (courses, certifications, training programs)
- Manage end-to-end funnels: ad landing page lead capture enrollment
- Continuously improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
E-commerce & Course Sales
- Manage and scale online course sales campaigns (direct checkout / landing page based)
- Optimize campaigns for course purchases, registrations, and trial sign-ups
- Work closely with landing pages, payment flows, and checkout optimization
- Understand pricing, offers, and bundles to improve sales performance
Analytics, Tracking & Optimization
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Analyze performance using dashboards, reports, and attribution models
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans
Creative & Funnel Collaboration
- Work with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Guide messaging for different learner segments (students, professionals, career switchers)
- Coordinate with sales or counseling teams (if applicable) to improve lead quality and conversions
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 37+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- Strong experience in EdTech lead generation or online course sales
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with lead forms, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets and scaling campaigns
- Good to Have (High Priority)
- Prior experience in EdTech / Education / Training industry
- Experience selling high-ticket or mid-ticket courses
- Knowledge of CRM integration, lead quality tracking, and sales attribution
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
