Our marketing org is being built right now, and we're looking for Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can come in, pick up a function and turn it into something the AI/creator world points at as best-in-class.
What we're looking for:
A senior performance marketer to join our team in Mumbai and own paid acquisition end-to-end as we scale spend back up around Agent One. You'll work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and creative strategy team to architect and run paid media across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn at meaningful scale.
This is a role built for sharp analytical thinking under high-spend pressure.
Responsibilities include:
- Platform Strategy & Execution: Own campaign strategy and execution across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. Across Search, Display, Video, App, and lead gen.
- Scaling Spend Responsibly: Architect the path to scale paid spend. Know when to push, when to pull back, and how to keep efficiency intact as budgets grow.
- Measurement & Attribution: Own the measurement layer. Reason about attribution methodology, statistical significance, and incrementality without outsourcing the thinking. Run A/B tests, geo experiments, and incrementality studies with real rigor.
- KPI Ownership: Own the numbers that matter. CAC, ROAS, payback period, LTV/CAC ratios, channel-level efficiency. Know which metrics to defend and which to challenge.
- Cross-Functional Operating: Work closely with creative strategy on what to test, with product on landing pages and funnel, and with leadership on budget calls. You hold the analytical center of the function.

- Startup operator. You've done performance marketing at a high-paced, fast-growing startup, owning a meaningful chunk of paid spend in an environment where targets moved fast and pressure was real.
- Cross-platform depth. Hands-on expertise across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. Not just one. You understand how each platform actually works under the hood.
- Quantitatively sharp. Strong with SQL, spreadsheets, and analytics tools. You pull your own data, build your own models, and run your own analyses. You don't depend on a data team for the thinking.
- High agency. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. You don't wait for direction at $50K+ daily spend.
- Calm under scale. You've been in the seat when spend is high and something is breaking. You don't panic. You diagnose and act.
- First-principles thinking. You don't reach for last year's playbook. You reason from how the platforms and the business actually work.
- AI-native operator. You already use Claude, ChatGPT, and the broader AI stack to do your job better. You automate your own reporting and workflows where you can.
