Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Manager – Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing significant advertising budgets and driving performance through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage a marketing budget of at least 2 Cr, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Criteria
- Budget Management: Must have handled a minimum budget of 2 Cr across Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Web Marketing Experience: Strong background in web marketing strategies and execution.
- D2C Exposure: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience is mandatory (non-negotiable).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
