WE'RE HIRING: PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD (aka Growth Head)

We want a super sharp mind, high energy and people who know how to scale a D2C brand profitably.

We're not looking for someone who just manages ad accounts. We're looking for someone who knows how to scale.

What you'll do:

• Own paid growth across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
• Scale revenue while improving CAC, ROAS and contribution margins.
• Build a relentless testing engine across creatives, hooks, offers and landing pages.
• Turn data into decisions. Know what to scale, what to cut and what to test next.
• Diagnose performance drops, find the bottleneck and act fast. No blaming the algorithm.
• Connect ads, creatives and website conversion to drive profitable growth.
• Build the systems and team needed to scale Mainrōse.
• Take ownership. Move without being told. Obsess over the numbers.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where testing, learning and scaling happen fast.

What we're looking for: 7–10 years of performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands, deep hands-on Meta Ads expertise and a strong understanding of unit economics.

Full Time in Gurgaon, Haryana — Udyog Vihar.
