About the Role
Scaler Studios is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Executive who can manage paid ad campaigns, understand tracking, think analytically, and work closely with the creative team to test winning ad angles.
This role is ideal for someone who understands Meta Ads, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, GTM tracking, analytics, funnels, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
We are looking for someone based in Gurgaon/Gurugram only, as this is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Set up and manage campaigns for lead generation, sales, and appointment booking funnels
- Work with GoHighLevel for CRM, automation, lead nurturing, pipelines, and reporting
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion events, UTMs, and Meta Conversions API
- Analyze campaign performance and make decisions based on data
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, lead quality, and funnel conversion rate
- Create testing plans for ad creatives, hooks, landing pages, audiences, and offers
- Work with the creative team to suggest new ad ideas, angles, hooks, and creative concepts
- Help improve campaign performance through creative testing and funnel optimization
- Prepare performance reports and explain results clearly to the internal team or clients
- Identify what is working, what is not working, and what needs to be tested next
- Coordinate with designers, editors, copywriters, and sales teams to improve marketing results
Requirements
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good understanding of GoHighLevel
- Experience with GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, tracking setup, conversion events, and Meta Conversions API
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to read marketing data
- Understanding of creative testing, ad fatigue, hook testing, and performance creatives
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to create clear campaign reports and insights
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-moving agency environment
- Must be based in Gurgaon/Gurugram
- Comfortable with hybrid work
