## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Performance Marketing Executive** who can lead high-performing paid marketing campaigns, optimize digital advertising strategies, and drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

## Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid advertising channels.

Drive qualified leads while maximizing ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.

Develop audience targeting strategies and optimize customer acquisition funnels.

Conduct A/B testing, remarketing, and campaign optimization.

Utilize AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT and automation platforms for campaign management.

Analyze campaign data and generate actionable performance reports.

Scale successful campaigns while maintaining marketing efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

## Required Skills

7–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media strategies.

Experience handling high-budget digital marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Knowledge of AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and performance optimization techniques.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable marketing results.
