- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, programmatic, and other emerging channels.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of media planners and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on performance media strategies and best practices.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate media budgets effectively to maximize performance and achieve client KPIs.

The ideal person
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
