Role Summary
The Senior Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising paid digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation and enrollment targets. The incumbent will work closely with the Digital Marketing Head and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of Lanstitut Calicut.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Drive quality lead generation aligned with student enrollment goals and monthly targets.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns based on key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, target audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Build and manage remarketing strategies and audience segmentation for efficient funnel management.
- Develop and implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the enrollment pipeline.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for the leadership team.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Keep updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Proven track record in lead generation and campaign performance optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Good understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
