Role Description The Senior Performance Marketer will lead end-to-end performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid media channels to drive growth for client brands. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, acquisition costs, and revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media plans, setting budgets, designing A/B tests, analyzing campaign performance, and translating insights into clear optimization actions. The role also includes collaborating with creative, web development, and account management teams to align landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging with performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, including campaign planning, optimization, and scaling across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, platform dashboards) to interpret data and improve ROAS.
  • Ability to collaborate on creative strategy, including briefing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to align with performance goals.
  • Experience with e-commerce and Shopify or similar platforms, including funnel optimization, tracking, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Solid understanding of social media and influencer marketing as growth levers within integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Comfort with A/B testing, audience segmentation, remarketing tactics, and budget allocation across multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations in a clear, structured manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing multiple client accounts and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
