For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Developer with 3 years of PeopleSoft Fluid UI development.
We are looking for a motivated contractor. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and implement custom processes, reports, and functionality using PeopleSoft Fluid UI, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces and Integration Broker;
- Develop and maintain Fluid homepages, responsive Fluid UI pages and layouts to enhance user experience across devices;
- Implement Event Mapping, Drop Zones, and Activity Guides to enhance Fluid UI functionality;
- Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems using Integration Broker, Web Services, APIs, and file-based integrations;
- Create and maintain technical design documents, test plans, and test cases to support new and existing functionality;
- Assist users during UAT by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving defects;
- Developers are expected to have regular check-ins and status meetings with WBG technical lead and project manager;
- Developers are expected to work as a team and collaborate with other developers/project team members to meet agreed deadlines;
Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- +8 years of PeopleSoft development experience plus professional certificates;
- +3 years focused on PeopleSoft Fluid UI development;
- In-depth knowledge of Fluid UI design principles, including responsive design, Activity Guides, Work center, Page Field Configurator, Open search, Search Configuration, Event mapping and navigation collections;
- Strong expertise in web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks to enhance Fluid UI;
- Proven expertise in PeopleTools (8.56 or higher), PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Application package, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker;
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM Workforce administration, Compensation and Benefits administration in 9.2;
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL skills for developing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers in Oracle databases;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely results while maintaining high quality standards;
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of taking initiative to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision;
- The resource is expected to hold SAFe/Agile Certification or will be requested to be certified within 6 months;
- Fluent in English;
