Role - Senior Developer, PeopleSoft

Work Location - Gurugram, Haryana, India

Shift Timing - 2PM - 11PM (IST)

About Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developer with expertise in the PeopleSoft platform, principles, and proprietary development tools. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced setting supporting major international brands.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

• Analyse, design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on PeopleSoft best practices and methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft-related issues.

• Stay up to date with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and trends.

• Support the maintenance of the applications, troubleshooting and on-call support for the PeopleSoft Financial systems end-users.

• Track and document changes to functional and technical specifications. Design and develop interfaces, reports, and data conversion using PeopleSoft tools.

Qualifications

This may be the right role for you if you have.

• 4-5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Development, Support and Reporting.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge and experience with programming languages such as SQL, Java, or .NET

• Expertise in PeopleSoft proprietary development tools (App Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, SQR)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform impact analysis and research.

• Independent worker with minimal supervision, basic accounting knowledge is a plus, but not required.
