About the Role

We are hiring a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft development, integrations, and HCM modules, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM
• Strong hands-on experience with Integration Broker
• Experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor
• Strong knowledge of:
• PeopleCode
• Application Engine
• Component Interface
• Application Package
• SQL
• Oracle Database
• Good understanding of the PeopleSoft HR technical environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Build and support integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform unit testing and support system/UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and the latest PeopleTools.
• Experience integrating with ADP, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, OnBase, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher, SQR, Process Scheduler, AutoSys, and STAT.
• Experience with SFTP/SSH and PGP encryption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
