Job Summary
The People Success Senior Analyst supports TriNet's People Success agenda by managing employee relations, coordinating manager enablement initiatives, administering accommodation and leave-of-absence (LOA) processes, and assisting with site-level engagement programs. This role combines operational excellence with a people-first mindset, ensuring smooth execution of People Success processes and accurate documentation of case activity
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Serves as a first point of contact for employee relations matters of low‑to‑moderate complexity, partnering with people managers to gather facts, assess situations, and determine appropriate next steps.
- Conducts intake discussions and interviews, prepares clear and accurate case summaries for review, and maintains detailed ER documentation, logs, and trackers to support consistency and compliance.
- Escalates complex, high‑risk, or sensitive cases to the People Success Leadership or Legal as appropriate, ensuring timely coordination and alignment with TriNet policies and practices.
- Supports people managers across the colleague lifecycle within TriNet's centralized management support model by guiding them through self‑service resources, practical tools, and decision support that help translate People Success strategy and policies into day‑to‑day people practices, improving consistency and timely resolution.
- Maintain and govern People Success resources, including organization, version control, and coordination of periodic content reviews.
- Apply sound judgment to identify sensitive, urgent, or higher‑risk situations, ensuring timely escalation and clear handoffs for a consistent manager experience.
- Analyze manager requests and experience trends, translating insights into reports, recommendations, and enhancements to People Success programs and content.
- Policy (Accommodation & LOA)
- Process standard accommodation and LOA requests in alignment with TriNet's policies. Escalate complex and/or high-risk requests as necessary to People Success leadership and/or Legal team.
- Maintain case files, required documentation, and status updates for each request.
- Communicate timelines, requirements, and next steps to colleagues and managers clearly.
- Identify and flag unusual cases or recurring policy gaps for further review.
- Coordinate employee engagement events and activities at the site level.
- Assist in managing smaller-scale projects or individual workstreams within broader People Success initiatives.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or related field required
- Master's Degree Human Resources / Social Work required
Work Experience
- Typically 5+ years Human Resources or related work functions required
Licenses and Certifications
- PHR or SHRM-CP PHR or SHRM-CP Upon Hire preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrates ability to work on complex issues where analysis of differing situations or date requires evaluation of variable factors
- Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation of criteria for acquiring results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation/facilitation skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of employment laws with a strong desire to continue learning
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent PowerPoint, Excel and data analytic skills
