    • Verify the accuracy of hours logged by each employee in the time tracking tool.
    • Ensure that leaves are accurately recorded as 0 hours in the time tracking tool.
    • Conduct thorough data verification and furnish the Payroll team with comprehensive Attendance Data.
    • Facilitate the allocation of Compensatory Offs.
    • Act as the primary liaison with the Hubstaff Support team to address and resolve any issues pertaining to Hubstaff.

  • Creating Welcome Announcement artwork and publishing in Teams
  • Birthday, Work Anniversary Announcements (Creative)
  • Ensuring LinkedIn Welcome and Anniversary posts are published
  • Festive Greetings
  • Collecting comments & preparing promotion post
  • Regular posting on company policies, values, fun facts
  • Posting about company events

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree and work experience 3-5 years into admin or similar role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Office Location: Pune


Work Timing: 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST (might vary as per requirements)
