We're seeking an exceptional Sr. People Manager – HR who will be the strategic backbone of our people infrastructure, ensuring our HR operations are not just efficient but a cornerstone of our vibrant culture and growth trajectory. This is a highly visible role where your communication prowess will be as critical as your operational acumen.

What You'll Do

  • Be the Voice of HR: Own HR communications across all levels. From onboarding to executive updates, your words bring clarity and cohesion.
  • Investor Presentation & Executive Comms: Represent HR confidently in investor meetings and leadership presentations. Turn HR data into compelling narratives.
  • Partner with Founders: Work directly with our fast-moving founders—anticipate needs, deliver solutions, and keep HR in step with our pace.
  • Elevate Employee Experience: Design and optimize HR operations that make every employee journey smooth, intuitive, and human.
  • Strategic & Proactive Problem Solver: Spot issues before they become problems. Bring scalable, agile solutions that keep us ahead.
  • Data Storyteller: Use metrics and dashboards to deliver insights that shape our talent strategy and demonstrate HR impact.
  • Compliance & Risk: Keep us aligned with labor laws and regulations. Communicate changes clearly and proactively.
  • HR Tech Optimization: Drive smarter HRIS use and automation to streamline workflows and elevate efficiency.

  • Extraordinary Communication & Articulation: You make the complex simple. You're at home in a 1:1 or a boardroom, and everyone listens when you speak.
  • Abundant & Diverse Background: 8+ years of progressive HR ops experience, especially in high-growth startups.
  • Investor-Ready Presence: You can hold your own in high-stakes meetings and communicate HR's value with clarity and confidence.
  • Agile & Adaptable: Comfortable with ambiguity, always ready to pivot, and thrive in a high-speed startup rhythm.
  • Strategic & Operational Mindset: You see the big picture but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Data Savvy: You use data to influence decisions, uncover insights, and drive outcomes.
  • Unwavering Integrity: You're trusted with sensitive info because you've earned that trust.
  • Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related. Master's or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a big plus.
