Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a deeply curious and technically strong Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics & Insights to transform Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and labor market data into a unified strategic analytics function within Power BI. In this role, you will operate as a blend of data analyst, storyteller, and strategic partner, building scalable reporting solutions and translating complex datasets into executive-ready insights that guide global workforce and hiring decisions.

As a senior member of the team, you will own the data narrative for workforce and talent strategy, helping leaders move beyond reporting what happened to understanding why it happened and what actions to take next. By connecting insights across HR systems, recruiting platforms, and labor market intelligence, your work will drive informed hiring, workforce planning, and talent investment decisions through clear, reliable, and actionable data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver integrated workforce and recruiting insights by combining data from Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, and external labor market sources into executive-ready reporting and storytelling.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, and analytics solutions that improve decision-making efficiency and visibility.
  • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting frameworks to support workforce, recruiting, and talent analytics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Data Engineering, and business leaders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to support Snowflake integrations and scalable workforce analytics infrastructure.
  • Develop enterprise-level Oracle HCM reporting and data extracts to support workforce planning and recruiting analytics.
  • Analyze labor market trends, talent supply, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring insights to support global hiring strategy and workforce planning.
  • Support a data-driven culture by enabling stakeholders to confidently interpret analytics and leverage insights in strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition Analytics, or related data analytics functions within complex or global organizations.
  • Proven experience translating complex, multi-source datasets into actionable insights and executive-level narratives.
  • 4+ years of experience developing advanced Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and row-level security.
  • Strong SQL experience querying, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, and large dataset analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM reporting and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms and recruiting analytics methodologies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Insights or similar labor market intelligence platforms.
  • Experience using Python or R for predictive analytics, automation, or advanced data modeling.
  • Experience working with Snowflake and modern data pipeline architectures.
  • Strong understanding of workforce and recruiting metrics, including headcount, turnover, hiring funnels, diversity analytics, and workforce movement.
  • Understanding of global data privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA within HR data governance environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI or LLM-based tools to enhance analytics and insight generation.
