  • Primary frames, secondary members (purlins, girts)
  • Bracing systems
  • Crane runway beams (if applicable)
  • Foundation loads and interface coordination
  • Ensure compliance with relevant international and regional codes and standards

(e.g., AISC, IS, MBMA, AISI, ASCE, Eurocodes as applicable).

  • MBS (Metal Building Software)
  • RISA-3D
  • STAAD.Pro
  • Validate analysis models, design outputs, and optimization strategies.
  • Support development of internal design workflows, templates, and calculation

standards.

Detailing Integration & Coordination

  • Design intent is accurately translated into shop and erection drawings
  • Constructability and fabrication constraints are addressed early
  • Review and approve detailing outputs, RFIs, and design revisions.
  • Drive seamless coordination between engineering, detailing, fabrication, and

erection teams.

Project & Site Interface (Added Advantage)

  • Provide engineering support during project execution, including:
  • Site visits and field inspections
  • Resolution of site queries and non-conformances
  • Interaction with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Incorporate field feedback and lessons learned into design practices.

Quality, Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish QA/QC procedures for design and detailing deliverables.
  • Contribute to standardization of PEMB design methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency, accuracy, and project

turnaround time.

Qualifications & Education

  • Postgraduate Degree (Master's) in Structural Engineering.
  • Strong academic record with excellent academic performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering is mandatory.

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • 10–15 years of total experience, with significant exposure to PEMB and steel

structure design.

  • Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • MBS
  • RISA-3D
  • STAAD.Pro
  • In-depth knowledge of steel design principles, connection behavior, and structural

systems.

  • Experience working in design–detail integration environments.
  • Site and field experience in implementation of PEMB projects is a strong plus.

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
  • Problem-solving and creative approach with the ability to handle technical

discussions and reviews.

  • High level of professional integrity and accountability.

What We Offer
