Develop, configure, and maintain Pega PRPC applications, including rule creation, UI development, activities, and data modeling, leveraging expertise in Pega CSA, CSSA, and REST API integrations.
Conduct unit testing, perform peer code reviews, and ensure timely escalation of issues to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Facilitate Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions and maintain functional backlogs to ensure accurate and comprehensive requirement gathering.
Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure defect-free releases aligned with operational SLAs.
Provide ongoing production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect fixes, and performance tuning.
Mentor junior developers and promote adherence to Pega guardrails, design principles, and organizational best practices.
Develop and troubleshoot integration solutions using SOAP and REST APIs, coordinating with operations and external partners for seamless Skillset :
Demonstrated ability to design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
Proven experience in implementing Pega solutions for various business domains.
