Job Title: Senior Pega Developer (CSSA)

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer (CSSA) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Pega applications, lead case management solutions, and enforce Pega guardrails across complex integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Architecture & Development: Design and configure Pega applications focusing on Case Management, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Decision Tables, SLAs, and dynamic UI components.

Integrations & APIs: Implement robust REST and SOAP integrations, utilizing Pega APIs to connect enterprise systems securely.

Performance & Quality: Maintain high compliance scores with Pega Guardrails; perform root-cause analysis, performance tuning (tracer, PAL, DB Trace), and production debugging.

Technical Leadership: Design scalable solutions independently and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.

DevOps & Agile: Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, managing database queries (SQL), deployment packages, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements

Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise Pega solutions.

Certification: Active Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)** is mandatory.

Integration Expertise: Proven experience building and consuming REST/SOAP web services and Pega APIs.

Database & Tools: Hands-on proficiency with SQL, database operations, and software delivery tools (CI/CD, Git, Jira).

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills to collaborate effectively in dynamic technical environments.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working on Pega 8.x+ platforms. * Exposure to cloud deployments (Pega Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
