Job Description
Hiring: Senior Payroll Processor
Location: Mumbai – Western Line
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 3–6 years
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Indian Payroll
- Good experience in managing and processing payroll
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Income Tax
- Hands-on experience with Form 16, Form 24Q & e-TDS
- Strong experience in F&F, salary calculations, arrears, deductions & LOP
- Excellent payroll reconciliation, validation & variance analysis
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience handling payroll queries and coordinating with HR/Finance stakeholders
- Payroll audit, MIS and statutory reporting exposure
Ideal Profile
Pure Payroll professional with strong Indian payroll knowledge + excellent Excel + hands-on payroll processing experience.
