Job Description

  • End to end payroll processing.
  • Understanding and following payroll procedures and related forms
  • Liaison with HR and Compliance teams
  • Assist in computation and processing of employee compensation
  • Coordination and management of payroll function
  • Assisting with month-end processes, validation of payroll files
  • Accounting Payroll Journal Entries
  • Accounting employee related accruals & maintaining schedules.
  • Assisting in year-end processes such as annual computation of taxes
  • Dealing with payroll queries & stake holder management.
  • Preparation and reconciliation of monthly General Ledger and payroll journals
  • Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries
  • Record keeping – Maintain all relevant documents relating to disbursement of salary payment, payroll related statutory remittances.
  • Audit Support
  • Assist in monthly/quarterly statutory related
  • Strong analytical skills, publish Weekly / Monthly MIS Reports,

Note: Candidate within 5 years should apply and experience in Indian Payroll.
