Key Responsibilties:
- Manage end-to-end Indian payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including Provident Fund (PF) and related payroll compliances.
- Perform payroll analytics and reporting to support operational and financial insights.
- Work hands-on with company-owned/in-house payroll systems in a fast-paced operational environment.
