Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Pattern Cutter based in Delhi, India. The Senior Pattern Cutter will be responsible for creating and managing patterns, ensuring precise cutting, and overseeing the production process to guarantee high-quality garment outputs. Daily tasks include interpreting design sketches, modifying patterns based on specifications, collaborating with designers and production teams, and maintaining best practices in pattern-making techniques.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Pattern Making, Pattern Cutting, and Pattern Grading
- Knowledge of Textile Properties and Garment Construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and precision in Pattern Drafting
- Ability to collaborate with Designers and Production Teams effectively
- Proficiency in using CAD software for pattern design is a plus
- Experience in fitting and adjusting patterns to optimize fabric usage
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern cutting required
- Formal training or a degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Cutting, or a related field
