Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for patients and their families, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage patient feedback and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to enhance service delivery and patient care processes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on effective patient communication and relationship management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
