Senior Patent Research Associate-ECE

We're Hiring – Senior Patent Analyst (ECE Domain)!

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: On-site

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyses, including Prior Art, Invalidity, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO), and Infringement searches

• Draft and review technical content for patent applications and related documentation

• Analyze patent landscapes to identify technology trends, opportunities, and competitive insights

• Collaborate closely with patent attorneys and internal technical teams on IP strategies

• Interpret complex scientific and engineering literature to support patent research and analysis

• Stay updated with evolving global intellectual property laws, patent databases, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in patent search and analysis

• Hands-on experience in Prior Art, Landscape, Patentability, Invalidation, and Infringement searches

• Educational background in M.Tech / PhD (ECE)
