Job Summary

If you want to be Parts Leader, Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for Assistant Manager-Parts Technology and Pricing to work with our North American Team. This role is responsible for implementing directions received from the Global Parts and Services leadership team. Provides daily oversight, direction, and assistance to two cross-functional teams while conducting daily pricing or engineering activities: the Part Pricing Engineering Team and the Parts Technology Engineering Team. The Pricing Engineering Team is responsible for developing part pricing based on a detailed analysis of parts construction and engineering attributes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Primary responsibilities of this role include direct management and oversight of team members ensuring clarity on assignments and responsibilities, providing guidance and direction when required, addressing performance issues, and providing additional training as needed.

  • This role is expected to functionally participate in daily pricing activities to assist the Pricing Engineering Team, and daily parts engineering activities in support of the Parts Technology Engineering Team.

  • Providing monthly updates on team performance, success, issues and opportunities to the Global Parts and Services leadership team.

  • Investigating and implementing automation and business intelligence tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

  • Participating in leadership business planning as requested.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Data Analytics Skills including SQL knowledge will be a plus

  • Experience and skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
