LegalTech Startup (Series A Funded) is Looking for:

About the Role:

Manage and activate client's 120+ partner relationships — accelerators, recruiters, online communities, banking/founder platforms, physician and AI organizations, influencers, franchise consultants, and profile builders. Partner activation rates are mixed today this person's job is to keep partners engaged, remind them what client offers, and turn dormant relationships into active lead sources. This is fundamentally a relationship and account-management role with a long-term, consultative (not pushy) selling edge.

Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of 120+ partner relationships — staying top-of-mind so partners remember what client sells and follow through on commitments.

Build and run a partner community (e.g., a Slack group of hundreds of partners): connect partners to each other, manage deliverables, and coordinate webinar promotion and co-branded materials.

Handle inbound introductions and leads from partners maintain those communications and ownership of the relationship.

Manage partner contracts, templates, and signatures.

Read partner performance data (e.g., leads sent over the last 60–90 days), identify under-performing partners, and proactively offer the right lever to lift them — a relevant guide, an exclusive webinar, a newsletter mention, a new visa angle, etc.

Interface credibly with a wide mix of counterpart personas — partnerships leads, marketers, ops/sales teams, and founders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

5–8 years experience: senior enough to show maturity and hold their own with diverse, senior partner contacts while representing the clinet

Client relations / account management: strong relationship-builder who is responsive, on-point, and naturally available when a partner reaches out.

Long-term, consultative approach: thinks beyond the next transaction builds relationships that compound — not a short-term, pushy closer.

Ownership & ambiguity tolerance: takes initiative and runs the function without being micromanaged.

Data-comfortable: can interpret partner-performance data and decide where to focus.

Nice to Have

Blended background of account management / client relationship AND some sales exposure

Experience managing partner ecosystems or communities of partners at scale.

Familiarity with professional services, legal, immigration, or founder ecosystems.
