We are appointing a Senior Partner to open new client relationships and convert them into long-term accounts.

What you will own

• New client acquisition across founders, promoters, boards, PE/family offices and CHROs
• Converting early conversations into first retained mandates, and first mandates into repeat accounts
• Positioning BGR's services: Executive Search (PRECISION12™), Interim & Fractional Leadership (CXO72™), Research & Intelligence, Board & Founder Advisory, Cross-Border Search
• Working alongside the founder on senior, confidential and cross-border mandates

Who fits

• 15+ years in executive search, leadership advisory, consulting, or a senior business role with direct access to promoters and boards
• An active network that can realistically convert into first engagements within your first 3-4 weeks
• Credibility in one or more of manufacturing, consumer, industrial, finance or technical sectors is an advantage
• Comfortable with confidential, high-stakes conversations; understated, never salesy
