Lyzr is Looking for:

Lyzr is an enterprise AI agent infrastructure platform that enables organizations to build, govern, and deploy secure, scalable autonomous AI agents. In a short span, Lyzr has built strong momentum with many GSI's and the world's largest consulting company, with multiple active tracks across practices and regions.

Role Purpose

Build and scale revenue-generating partnerships with global consulting firms so Lyzr becomes the default agentic AI platform inside large enterprise transformation programs. This role exists to turn partnerships into real pipelines and closed revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end relationships with consulting partners across leadership, practice, and delivery teams
  • Drive sell-into motions: internal adoption, enablement, and platform alignment within partner firms
  • Lead sell-with and sell-through motions for joint enterprise customers
  • Run joint GTM execution: account planning, priority pursuits, and pipeline reviews
  • Act as the single bridge between partners and Lyzr's leadership, product, and delivery teams
  • Carry revenue for partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals

Who You Are


  • You are a senior alliances leader who has already built revenue with large consulting firms.
  • 10+ years in partner, alliances, or consulting-led sales roles
  • Have personally sold with or through global consulting firms (not just signed MOUs)
  • Comfortable operating at MD / Sr SMD / Global Alliance Leader level
  • Strong executive presence—partners trust you, teams follow you
  • Commercially sharp: you know how partnerships convert to real enterprise deals
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building motion where playbooks don't yet exist
  • Willing to travel to make deals happen
  • This is not a passive partnerships role. You must be hands-on, own revenue, and close deals with consulting partners.
