Elevate is recruiting a Senior Paralegal Project Lead, in our Compliance Ops team India. As an Elevate Paralegal - Investigations, you will use your excellent attention to detail and prior experiences to implement investigations services for our clients. You will be called upon to provide operational support for our investigation's customers, including managing intake and triage of reports, and collecting data, while maintaining compliance with the client investigation handling guidelines under tight deadlines.
Specifically, the Senior Paralegal will
- Handle high volume investigation cases, partnering closely with the local Investigator(s) to operate as a program manager for the administrative work around case management and assessment.
- Example tasks include managing intake and triage of new investigations, data and document collection, preparation of case summaries and evaluating investigations.
- Follow processes and playbooks.
- Interface with broader team. Interface with customer systems and custodians to ensure compliance with orders and gather discovery responses.

- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills - able to professionally interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work with remote team members using technology (video calls, emails/teams chats) team player - able to jump in as needed to assist other team members.
- Ability to handle a high-volume of matters.
- Extremely organized and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented and analytical, always looking for ways to improve the process or challenge the status quo.
- Comfortable with learning new software products, as necessary.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in investigations, employment litigation, or other related area.
- Minimum 2 years experience using technology in an area that is highly process driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.
