Job Description

What we are looking for -

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention) across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Align campaign plans with client objectives, audience insights, and creative direction.
  • Plan budget allocation and bid strategies for maximum ROI across platforms.

Execution & Optimization

  • Launch and manage campaigns across all ad formats including image, video, carousel, instant experience, branded content, AR lenses, stories, and shoppable ads.
  • Build multi-layer audience targeting strategies (custom, lookalike, interest-based, behavioral, demographic).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
  • Leverage GTM & GA4 to ensure accurate cross-channel attribution and event tracking.

Creative Expertise

  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce platform-native, high-impact creatives.
  • A/B test creative variations to improve performance at every funnel stage.
  • Provide data-backed creative recommendations based on audience engagement and conversion metrics.

Scaling & Innovation

  • Identify and execute scaling opportunities through lookalike audiences, high-performing ad sets, and retargeting flows.
  • Test emerging ad formats, placement types, and algorithm updates to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks for campaign scaling and creative iteration.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitive trends and apply learnings proactively.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years in paid social media advertising, with hands-on expertise in Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proven track record of running full-funnel campaigns across all three platforms.
  • Mastery of all ad types and formats on each platform.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to brief, evaluate, and optimize ad creative for performance.
  • Proficiency in GTM & GA4 for attribution and advanced tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven optimization.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithms, ad policies, and best practices.
