Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other emerging social platforms. The role requires a data-driven performance marketer with strong hands-on expertise in lead generation, conversions, ROAS optimization, and scaling profitable campaigns.

Job Location: Pune (On-site)

Experience Required: 4 to 7 Years in Paid Social Media Advertising

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (FB & IG), TikTok, Snapchat

Handle lead generation, website traffic, app installs, and conversion-focused campaigns

Create funnel-based campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF) for scaling performance

Manage high-budget accounts with daily optimization and performance tracking

Performance Optimization

Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate

Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and formats

Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs

Monitor pixel, events, and conversion tracking accuracy

Audience & Targeting Strategy

Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences

Implement geo, interest, behavior, and demographic targeting

Use remarketing strategies for cart abandonment and warm audiences

Creative & Content Collaboration

Coordinate with design & content teams for ad creatives and copies

Suggest creative angles, hooks, and formats based on performance insights

Analyze creative fatigue and refresh ads regularly

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Share insights and optimization plans with management

Identify growth opportunities and new platform experiments

Budget & Account Management

Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets effectively

Ensure maximum ROI while maintaining platform best practices

Monitor ad policies and ensure account health

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Working knowledge of TikTok Ads & Snapchat Ads

Solid understanding of performance funnels & attribution

Experience in lead generation & conversion campaigns

Knowledge of GA4, Pixel setup, Conversion API (preferred)

Strong analytical, optimization, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Travel, Tourism, Visa, E-commerce, or Lead-based businesses

Experience managing 10L+ monthly ad budgets

Familiarity with WhatsApp leads & CRM integrations

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
