We are a fast-paced startup agency setup looking for ownership-driven professionals who can lead accounts, think strategically, and drive measurable business impact.

We are looking for a senior-level Google Ads specialist with strong hands-on expertise across US/UK B2B, B2C & e-commerce accounts. This is not a beginner or support-level role — we are looking for someone who has independently managed high-performing Google Ads campaigns, handled client communication confidently, and contributed strategically beyond execution.

• Lead and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube & Display.
• Handle US/UK B2B, B2C & e-commerce clients independently with strong ownership mindset.
• Drive campaign strategy, media planning, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and CRO teams to improve ROAS and conversion performance.
• Participate in client calls, reviews, strategy discussions, and growth planning.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team performance standards.
• Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads is mandatory, though Google Ads will remain the core focus.

• Professionals with 4+ years of dedicated Google Ads experience (mandatory).
• Candidates with strong exposure to US/UK B2C and e-commerce clients only.
• Agency-side experience and client-facing communication skills are highly preferred.
• Startup-ready professionals who thrive in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
• Currently active and employed professionals looking for long-term growth opportunities.

• Pure performance marketing background with Google Ads specialization.
• Profiles transitioning primarily from SEO, organic marketing, or Meta-heavy execution will not be considered.
• Freelancing, consulting, or business-owner-only experience will not be considered relevant for this role.
• Indian-client-focused experience alone will not qualify for this position.
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory.

Location: Chennai, Work From Office (Mon–Fri)
