Job Title: Performance Marketing
About the Role:
We are looking for a performance marketing leader to head and oversee paid media strategies across multiple brands/business units. The Group Head will be responsible for driving digital growth, guiding performance teams, and ensuring successful delivery of ROI-focused campaigns. This role demands strong strategic thinking, hands-on knowledge of performance channels, team leadership, and proven ability to scale revenue through digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership:
Develop, guide, and oversee performance marketing strategies across channels (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate Networks, Native platforms like Taboola, Moneycontrol, etc.).
Growth & ROI:
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-led and result-oriented campaigns.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support performance marketing managers and teams; ensure continuous upskilling, best practices, and collaborative execution.
- Budget Governance:
- Plan, control, and optimize large media budgets while maximizing ROI and cost efficiency.
- Data-Driven Optimization:
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign trends, and apply insights to continually improve performance and media efficiency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work with creative, servicing, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of campaigns.
- Innovation & Industry Excellence:
- Explore and implement new platforms, tools, and strategies to stay ahead in performance marketing trends.
- Client & Stakeholder Ownership (Agency role):
- Present performance updates, insights, and campaign roadmaps to clients/stakeholders and maintain str ong working partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience with strong exposure to multi-channel paid media.
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams and large-scale budgets.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, and native platforms like Taboola.
- Proven track record in delivering ROI, scale, and measurable business results.
- Excellent leadership, client communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in an agency managing multiple accounts OR brand-side managing multiple categories (preferred).
