Job Title: Packaging Engineer Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer Trainer to deliver technical and compliance-focused training programs. The trainer will be responsible for equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills required in packaging design, compliance, validation, and testing across regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training modules on packaging design principles and material selection tailored to product safety and industry needs.
- Train participants on ISO 11607 standards, regulatory expectations, and best practices in packaging compliance.
- Provide hands-on guidance on packaging validation, stability testing, and lifecycle documentation.
- Conduct sessions on CAD-based packaging design and optimization of packaging configurations.
- Educate on transportation and distribution testing (ISTA, ASTM standards) to ensure product integrity.
- Train on labeling compliance, serialization, and traceability requirements across global markets.
- Guide on integration of packaging with quality systems and regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, MDR).
- Develop case studies and practical workshops to simulate real-world packaging engineering challenges.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in packaging design and material science.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 11607 and global regulatory compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience in packaging validation, stability testing, and transport/distribution testing.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for packaging design and development.
- Understanding of serialization, labeling regulations, and traceability systems.
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, EMA, MDR, and ICH guidelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
Preferred Background:
- 8+ years of experience as a Packaging Engineer in pharma, biotech, medical devices, or related multi-industries.
- Prior training or mentoring experience in technical and regulatory areas.
- Strong industry network and awareness of emerging packaging technologies.
