Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Application Architect/Package Consultant specializing in Adobe/Salesforce/CX, you will lead the technical design and implementation of CX solutions.
Your expertise will encompass technical architecture, configuration, integration, data conversion, testing, and design of custom code enhancements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design Technical Solutions: Lead the technical design of CX solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Implement Salesforce Solutions: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce.com solutions, including configuration, integration, and data conversion.
- Develop Custom Code Enhancements: Design and develop custom code enhancements to meet specific business needs, adhering to best practices and technical standards.
- Conduct Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan and execute testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders, ensuring solutions are aligned with technical architecture and best practices.
