Position: Senior OTM Analyst (Technical)

Location: Fully Remote (6 months), then Relocation to Cleveland, OH

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior OTM Analyst with deep Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) development expertise to support and enhance large-scale transportation and fleet systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on role (70% development) focused on PL/SQL coding, OTM performance tuning, workflow automation, and system optimization.

The role supports an ongoing OTM upgrade (6.4.3 to 6.5.3) and future cloud migration, requiring strong understanding of OTM's internal architecture, data model, and fleet management modules.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years of hands-on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) development experience

Strong expertise in OTM internal data model, including fleet, driver, asset, and dispatch tables

Advanced PL/SQL development (stored procedures, functions, triggers, performance tuning)

Proven experience with OTM agents, workflows, event triggers, and automation logic

Strong background in OTM performance optimization, including:

oDeadlocks, thread contention, and agent execution delays

oDatabase tuning and high-volume transaction optimization

Hands-on experience with OTM Fleet Management modules (driver management, equipment tracking, dispatching)

Experience integrating OTM with external systems using Web Services, XML, middleware, telematics/ELD

Strong troubleshooting skills for OTM server performance, logs, and environment stability

Solid understanding of transportation, truckload operations, and fleet optimization

Experience supporting OTM upgrades; cloud migration exposure is a plus
