Hiring: Senior ORM (Online Reputation Management) Specialist | Bangalore

Location:Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience:24 yearsin ORM / Digital Reputation Management

Role:Full-time (On-site)

We're looking for aSenior ORM Specialistwho canown, lead, and strengthenour online reputation across search, social, and review platforms. This role requires someone who thinks strategically, acts quickly, and understands the impact of digital perception on a fast-growing brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesReputation Leadership
  • Take full ownership of the company'sonline reputation strategy.
  • Build a proactive system for tracking, preventing, and resolving reputation issues.
  • Maintain daily sentiment tracking and deliver weekly/monthly insights to leadership.
Online Monitoring & Analysis
  • Monitor all brand mentions across social media, review sites, Google, communities & forums.
  • Analyze negative patterns, emerging risks, and high-impact conversations.
  • Develop data-backed action plans to improve sentiment and visibility.
Engagement & Response Management
  • Lead the response framework for customer comments, reviews & escalations.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality replies aligned with brand tone & reputation goals.
  • Collaborate with support, marketing, and leadership for faster resolutions.
Review, Ratings & Platform Management
  • Strengthen ratings across Google Reviews, Glassdoor, and 3rd-party platforms.
  • Drive review improvement strategies and maintain hygiene across all online profiles.
  • Develop a workflow to boost high-quality, authentic reviews.
Crisis Prevention & Handling
  • Identify reputation risks early and escalate to stakeholders.
  • Craft structured responses during high-intensity situations.
  • Maintain a playbook for crisis communication.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with digital agencies, content teams, and internal POCs.
  • Align ORM initiatives with marketing campaigns & brand positioning.
  • Ensure ORM insights are included in leadership decision-making.
What We're Looking For
  • 24 years of hands-on ORM / digital reputation experience.
  • Strong understanding of social channels:Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Experience with social listening tools (Hootsuite, Konnect Insights, Brandwatch, Meltwater, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical and sentiment-tracking capability.
  • Experience handling reputation improvement for brands or founders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly aware of online trends, platform dynamics, and community behaviour.
