We are seeking a skilled Senior ORM Executive who is passionate about maintaining and improving our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing our online reputation across various platforms to ensure a positive brand image.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor online reviews and mentions on platforms like Google, Quora, Glassdoor, Ambition Box, Reddit, and forums.
- Respond professionally to reviews, feedback, and queries in alignment with brand tone
- Develop and execute ORM strategies to improve positive brand sentiment
- Increase engagement through likes, comments, shares, and reposts across all social media platforms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve genuine concerns raised online
- Handle negative reviews, complaints, and crisis situations effectively
- Create and manage review generation and feedback campaigns
- Track ORM performance using tools and prepare regular reports
- Support SEO and digital marketing teams with reputation-focused content
Requirements:
- Proven 4+ experience in online reputation management or a similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with online review and reputation management tools.
