Role Description

We are looking for ahighly experienced, certified Organic SEO expertwho canrank multiple healthcare and RCM websites on Google's first pageacrossUSA states and Canada, usingpure organic SEO only.

**This role requiresdaily hands-on execution, deep strategic thinking, andverifiable proof of ranking successin competitive industries.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Drivefirst-page Google rankingsfor industry-led medical billing & RCM keywords
  • Manage and optimize6+ websites simultaneously (daily tasks)
  • Executegeo-targeted SEO(U.S. states & Canadian provinces/cities)
  • Perform advancedcompetitor & SERP analysis
  • Owntechnical SEO, content strategy, blogging, and internal linking
  • Buildwhite-hat, authority backlinks
  • Monitor Google algorithm updates and protect rankings
  • Deliver transparent, data-backed SEO reports

Required Expertise

10+ years of proven organic SEO experience with deep WordPress CMS expertise

Demonstrated success ranking competitive keywords

Deep understanding of Google algorithms & search behaviour

Multi-location & multi-website SEO experience

Strong knowledge of content, blogs, backlinks & E-E-A-T

Healthcare / B2B SEO experience preferred

WordPress SEO & CMS Expertise (Mandatory)

The candidate must havestrong, hands-on experience with WordPress, including:

  • Managingmultiple WordPress websitessimultaneously
  • Implementing SEO best practices within WordPress themes and builders
  • Working with SEO plugins such as:

  • Optimizing:

  • Understanding WordPress security, updates, and performance optimization

**Pure content-only or tool-only SEO profiles will not be considered.**

Experience optimizing WordPress-based healthcare or regulated-industry websites is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, and implementing critical SEO strategies
  • Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits and optimizing website performance
  • Strong understanding of Link Building and fostering quality backlink opportunities
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics for data interpretation and performance tracking
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with US Healthcare and B2B industry trends and digital marketing goals
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

Certifications (Mandatory)

  • Recognized Organic SEO certifications

Proof of Work (Mandatory)

Compensation: 6,00,000 INR per annum, monthly incentives based on organic keyword success rate plus annual bonus based on website ranking positioning and organic keyword achievements. Onsite opportunities (Canada) will be considered for long-term qualified highly skilled talents in SEO.
