Engagement Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM / E-Business Suite HRIS Developer to join our team on a contract basis, with a potential to convert to a full-time role at Ansell's discretion. This role is fully remote, working from the contractor's home location, and will support global HR systems across Oracle E-Business Suite HRIS and Oracle Cloud HCM.

This role requires availability during Eastern U.S. business hours to ensure close collaboration with global HR and IT stakeholders.

Work Arrangement & Schedule

Work location: Remote (home-based)

Work schedule:

o 3:00 AM Eastern U.S. Time to 12:00 PM Eastern U.S. Time

o 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite HRIS and Oracle Cloud HCM

Provide hands-on development and configuration support for:

o Core HR

o Workforce Management

o Absence Management

o Overtime & Labor / Time and Labor o Compensation Management

o Performance Management

o Payroll

Develop and support HR interfaces and integrations between Oracle systems and third- party applications

Create, maintain, and troubleshoot:

o Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, custom reports)

o Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Compensation o HDL (HCM Data Loader) templates and data loads

o WebADI spreadsheets for mass data updates and conversions

Build and enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (preferred)

Support data conversions, system upgrades, and cloud migrations

Perform production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning

Translate functional business requirements into technical designs and solutions

Collaborate closely with HR functional teams, business analysts, and global IT partners

Follow established SDLC, change management, security, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HRIS / HCM development

Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRIS and Oracle Cloud HCM

Demonstrated experience across multiple Oracle HCM modules, including:

o Core HR

o Workforce Management

o Absence Management

o Time and Labor / Overtime

o Compensation Management o Performance Management o Payroll

Proven experience developing interfaces, reports, fast formulas, HDL, and WebADI

Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes

Ability to work independently in a remote, contractor-based role

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Fluent speaking and written English Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Working knowledge of Java for integrations or custom extensions

Experience with TortoiseSVN or similar version control tools

Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integration frameworks

Experience with PowerBI

Prior experience supporting global or multi-country HR and payroll environments
