Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream systems (payroll, finance, compliance).
  • Configure and extend Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning and Compensation).
  • Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to develop REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and scheduled orchestration flows.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts.
  • Implement and maintain solutions on OCI for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Configure IAM policies, dynamic groups, compartments, and SSO (Single Sign-On) using OCI client authentication.
  • Implement authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, federated identity, and IDCS (Identity Cloud Service).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security, SOX, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide production support for HCM Cloud, addressing issues within SLAs.
  • Contribute to CI/CD automation for Oracle HCM deployments.
  • Document technical design and share knowledge across the team.
  • Mentor offshore contractors on Oracle HCM and integration best Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4- 7 years of experience in software engineering or application support, with at least 2+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).
  • Hands-on experience with HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Learning).
  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM integrations: OIC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Exposure to OCI services (compute, storage, identity, monitoring).
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
