Duties & Responsibilities :

Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream systems (payroll, finance, compliance).
Configure and extend Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning and Compensation).
Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to develop REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and scheduled orchestration flows.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts.
Implement and maintain solutions on OCI for performance, security, and scalability.
Configure IAM policies, dynamic groups, compartments, and SSO (Single Sign-On) using OCI client authentication.
Implement authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, federated identity, and IDCS (Identity Cloud Service).
Ensure compliance with corporate security, SOX, and audit requirements.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide production support for HCM Cloud, addressing issues within SLAs.
Contribute to CI/CD automation for Oracle HCM deployments.
Document technical design and share knowledge across the team.
Mentor offshore contractors on Oracle HCM and integration best Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4- 7 years of experience in software engineering or application support, with at least 2+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).
Hands-on experience with HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Learning).
Strong experience with Oracle HCM integrations: OIC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs.
Exposure to OCI services (compute, storage, identity, monitoring).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
