Role Summary
We are looking for 2 Senior Oracle Fusion Test specialists with deep QA expertise to be a key pillar in our Partner Success team. This senior role requires comprehensive Oracle Fusion domain knowledge across multiple modules, strong functional testing leadership, and the ability to own test strategy, manage UAT programmes, mentor junior consultants, and engage directly with clients as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Config Agent Product— Product Execution & Support
– Run, configure, and manage Opkey's Config Agent for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
– Guide partners and SIs through Config Agent setup, execution, and troubleshooting.
– Validate Config Agent outputs against Oracle Fusion configuration and business requirements.
– Act as first point of escalation for Config Agent issues raised by partners during active engagements.
– Conduct demos and walkthroughs of Config Agent capabilities to new partners and prospects.
- Oracle Fusion Implementation Support (CRP / SIT / UAT)
– Support partners through all phases of Oracle Fusion implementation testing — CRP, SIT, and UAT.
– Prepare test scripts using the product, onboard business users, track execution, manage defects
– Bridge the gap between functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders during their implementation phases.
– Document and manage defects in JIRA/ALM; liaise with development and config teams for resolution.
- Partner & Client Engagement
– Be the primary point of contact for partners and SIs during implementation phases.
– Conduct working sessions, workshops, and status calls with partner teams confidently and professionally.
– Translate complex Oracle Fusion and Opkey concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
– Build long-term relationships with SI and partner contacts to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
– Represent Opkey's Partner Success team with gravitas, credibility, and executive presence.
- Knowledge Sharing & Enablement
– Create and maintain testing templates, Config Agent runbooks, and best-practice guides for partners.
– Deliver enablement sessions to upskill partner teams on Oracle Fusion testing and Config Agent usage.
– Contribute to internal knowledge base with learnings from each engagement.
– Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay partner feedback and product improvement ideas.
Must-Have Requirements
- 6–7 years of Oracle Fusion functional or testing experience — covering any module like (HCM, SCM, Financials)
- Strong hands-on experience with Opkey platform, specifically the Config Agent product.
- Proven track record of supporting CRP, SIT, and UAT phases in Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Manual testing expertise — test case design, execution, defect management across Oracle Fusion.
- Exceptional customer-facing and partner engagement skills — confident, clear, and credible in every conversation.
- Strong analytical skills — able to assess implementation gaps, test failures, and config anomalies quickly.
- Experience working with System Integrators (SIs) and Oracle implementation partners- is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication — executive summaries, status reports, workshop facilitation.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification in one or more modules.
- Familiarity with automation tools — Selenium, Tosca — for hybrid testing contexts.
- Experience in pre-sales support or solution demonstrations.
- Experience in a product company (ISV/SaaS) partner-facing role.
Education & Certifications
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MBA / MCA or equivalent degree in any discipline.
